Using the dashboard

Sign in at payments.xash.co.zw. Production access requires an authenticator app.

Request money

Open Request payment, enter the customer's Xash phone number and the USD amount, then choose Request payment. The customer approves the EcoCash prompt on their phone. The payment credits the Xash wallet registered to that number.

Recent requests show the payment reference and current status. Choose View payment to inspect it. If the request is still being confirmed, choose Check request.

During the pilot, the form accepts approved phone numbers within the pilot amount limit.

Find and check a payment

In Payments, search by reference, phone or receipt. Open a row to see the provider checks and application notifications. Check status requests a new lookup of the recorded transaction.

Refund

Open a successful payment and choose Refund. Enter the reason and confirm. The application reserves the credited funds, then EcoCash returns the payment. The detail shows both receipts and the refund status.

Operations

Operations shows overdue payments, open refunds and notifications that need attention. Finance records merchant statements and bank settlement evidence separately from individual payment receipts.
